Welcome to Skaha Nordic Spa! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following policies and guidelines while using our facilities, which include the sauna and cold plunge.
What to Bring

Sandals to be worn at all times outside the sauna

Please avoid applying oily creams, lotions, or topical medications before entering the spa
Code of Conduct

Please shower before entering the spa to ensure hygiene.

Respect the quiet and tranquil environment; keep noise levels to a minimum.

Use provided towels in sauna to maintain cleanliness.

Hydrate regularly; water stations are available for your convenience.

Guests must be over 19 years of age

No alcohol consumption within the spa area

No glassware is allowed in the spa.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of marijuana are strictly prohibited.
Health Restrictions

The Nordic spa puts your body through extreme temperature changes. This may not be suitable for those suffering from high or low blood pressure, diabetes or cardiac arrhythmia.

The Hydrotherapy is also not recommended for pregnant individuals. Please consult your healthcare provider prior to using the spa facilities

Guests with underlying health issues, especially heart conditions, should seek medical advice prior to using the sauna or cold plunge. Please consult your health care provider.
Safety
